When we are out of balance, our entire body reacts and this impacts on our physical and mental state.

Our breathing says a lot about how we deal with the world around us, with the stresses and strains of everyday life, how we process all these experiences and then store them in our bodies.

We can use it to manipulate how we feel, how our body regulates and processes not just our physical responses but also our emotions and overall wellbeing. Led by Dazz Camilleri, a certified Advanced Oxygen Advantage ® instructor.

An introduction to the three pillars of performance breathing – 

 

– with an
opportunity to OWN YOUR BREATH by putting yourself to the challenge of a
2–3-minute ice bath.

Participants will take away from this workshop a newfound awareness for their breath, and
some simple but effective tools, which can be used on a daily basis be it sleep, stress or play – and the bonus of achieving a 2–3-minute ice bath, which will leave you feeling empowered, along with the power of OWNING YOUR BREATH!
